Geekay Esports appoints ElConTeH as Head of Sports

Rainbow Six esports personality Ragheed’ElConTeH‘ has been appointed as the new Head of Esports for the MENA esports organization Geekay Esports.

The appointment was confirmed in a recent X post, where ElConTeH commented on Geekay Esports’ Rainbow Six Siege team joining the Europe MENA League (EML).

Speaking about the organization’s direction, ElConTeH said: “Joining EML is a step that shows our true belief in the competitive environment of Rainbow Six Siege and building something long-term rather than short-term hype.”

Esports veteran ElConTeH takes on the role after serving in several positions within Geekay Esports. He first joined Geekay Esports as its head coach in February 2022 before becoming the organization’s Chief Operating Officer in May 2022.

Alongside his roles at Geekay, ElConTeH has been an active actor and analyst in the competitive Rainbow Six Siege scene for several years.

ElConTeH started out as an analyst and player between 2018 and 2020 before moving into full-time modeling and coaching in 2021.

He went on to provide Arabic commentary at the multi-regional “Gamers Without Borders” 2023, and appeared as a commentator on Gamers8 2023. Most recently, he served as an Arabic commentator for the Rainbow Six Siege World Cup events in 2024 and 2025.

Geekay Esports is a top Saudi-Emirati esports organization based in the UAE and Europe. While the team competes in several titles, its strongest presence is Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege within the Europe and MENA region.

The team has built a reputation over the years as one of the most stable competitors in all regional tournaments, regularly competing in MENA events such as the Saudi eLeague and international qualifiers, including the Six Invitational and Esports World Cup tournaments.

The current Rainbow Six roster includes Lucas’.He is hungry‘Reich, Peter’Pacbull‘Bull, Nikita’RORICK‘Kruchinkin, and Gábor’Rexhun999‘Czikayi.

ElConTeH, now serving as Geekay’s Head of Sports, will oversee the team’s competitive operations, while ‘Murarz’ will handle coaching duties, while Noureldin ‘Elchabo’ Alrfaae handles overall team affairs.

Geekay Esports team Rainbow Six will compete in the Europe and MENA League 2026 as an ambassador of BLAST R6. This follows a 2025 Tier 2 season that included wins at the R6 Central Combine and R6 South Breach.

In the Six Invitational 2026 Europe & MENA Last Chance Qualifier, Geekay defeated Gen.G Esports 2-1 but went down 0-2 to Virtus.pro and Shifters, failing to win the tournament. Finally, Geekay finished fifth in the Six Invitational LCQ.
