Super Meat Boy 3D is all about overcoming tough-as-nails platform challenges, but it’s also a game that thankfully lets you change things up, too. This is done by providing unlockable characters, many of which fundamentally change the way the game feels entirely by introducing different types of moves to master.

But how do you unlock all these new characters? By collecting bandages, of course! Each main level of World of Light in the game hides a bandage somewhere, and your goal is to collect it, then complete the next level without dying.

If you collect a bandage and die before completing a level, you will need to collect it again on your next attempt and complete the level in one go.

All Bandages in the World One Video Guide

Many times in collections like these bandages, video guides end up being very helpful. That’s why above, I’ve prepared a narrated video guide that will guide you on how to collect all 15 bandages.

Take a watch to learn your objective for every level of The Forest.

1-1 Easy Start

The Easy Start Bandage is, well… an easy way to get started.

Go as far north as you can, then climb the wall on the small mountain to your left.

1-2 The Sawbot Struggle

In the Sawbot fight, you will jump across a large gap early in the level. Well, take a second and look down.

The bandage is below this hole. Jump down, then climb the wall back up.

1-3 The Big Gap

In The Great Gap, go to the right, and YOLO jump across the chasm to find the next bandage placed carelessly on top of a small spire.

1-4 Cave Dash

Cave Dash’s bandage is slightly hidden. Go up all the way to the right, then continue into a secret room. The bandage falls across the sawblades which you will need to jump to collect.

1-5 Canyon Crush

Look down just before crossing the second large gap in Canyon Crush, and you’ll see a wooden, breakable wall below the main platform. Break through to break through the wall, and the bandage is there.

1-6 Cliff Climb

At the end of the Cliff Climb, you will see the Bandage Girl on your right. Before finishing the stage, the head left here, and the bandage is on the metal platform.

1-7 Squirrel Pit

When you go up the platform in Squirrel Hole, you will come to a part with many ways to climb the walls to the top. The bandage is tucked into the far right area.

1-8 Forest of Meat

Using the top of the platform in front of it to gain more height, you can jump to the top of the next platform with two spinning saws to get a bandage in the Flesh Forest.

1-9 Valley of the Flying Sawblades

When you’re in the middle of the Valley of the Flying Sawblades, you’ll reach a large tree trunk that you can jump down. The bandage is below. Just watch out for the three projectile saws just above the bandage, and wall slide/jump up and down the tree trunk to time your dodges.

1-10 Suicidal Siege

In the first main stage of Suicide Siege, a bandage is hidden in a nook on the left. It’s easy.

1-11 Speaking

At the end of Spelunking, instead of finishing the level on Bandage Girl, wall run and jump the gap to the left to find bandage number eleven.

1-12 Trial of Thorns

In the Final Test, you will have to reach the end of the stage of this bandage. Be careful not to run into the Bandage Girl and continue straight to the right. Run/jump over the wall while avoiding the spikes to reach this next bandage.

1-13 Burning Valley

At the beginning of Burning Valley, there is a kind of metal billboard with a bank of spinning saws on top. You’ll have to carefully wall climb this board, jump over the saws, and get to the platform behind the billboard to get a bandage. This is probably the hardest of all the World Ones.

1-14 Treetop Trials

Just before the final jump of the Treetop Trials, you can see Bandage #14 hidden within the walls of this final arena. Jump into this gap, grab the bandage, and quickly attach to the steel wall behind to safely climb out and finish the level.

1-15 Rusty Outlook

Another bandage left in The Forest! In Rusty Outlook, you’ll reach a side-scrolling section with a lava floor and lots of spinning saws.

If you jump straight up, you’ll see a bunch of spinning saws, and see this last bandage sitting directly above the blades, right next to you as the player looks at the screen with depth perception.

It’s a bit tricky, but you need to climb up the wall under the sawblades, jump one last time while pushing from/cancel your wall hug, collect the bandage, and quickly reattach to the wall before falling into the lava pit. It might take a few tries, but it’s not too deceiving if you slow down.
