New York, NY: Minimus, a provider of robust container graphics and secure container graphics designed to mitigate CVE risks, today announced the appointment of Yael Nardi as Chief Business Officer (CBO). In this newly created role, Nardi will lead the next phase of the company’s operations, directing high-end furniture growth strategy, strategic operations, and future business development.
As the market landscape changes and AI affects customer acquisition, Minimus uses the operating model to increase marketing and strategic alliances, which will be managed by Nardi.
“We are entering a phase of dynamic expansion that requires strong execution and a new playbook. Traditional marketing strategies are no longer sufficient in today’s fast-paced environment. We need the ability to work at the peak. Yael is a world-class operator who is prone to error and high selection, intelligence, creativity and intelligence. One I very much hope will use this machine.” – Ben Bernstein, CEO at Minimus
Nardi brings a multidisciplinary background to Minimus, with over 15 years of experience advising high-growth startups, global investors, and technology companies. Most recently, he served as a Director at Meitar NY Inc. and a partner at Meitar Law Offices. Yael led key M&A work on the acquisition of Twistlock by Palo Alto Networks et al., (PANW)—a core container image resiliency and runtime security environment—as well as operations involving Wiz, JFrog, Salesforce, and others.
“I’ve worked with the Minimus team on some of their most important initiatives, and I know firsthand the tremendous power of their technology. The need for near-zero CVE container images and small container images with built-in security is growing at a rapid pace. Growing a company in today’s environment requires the same 24/7 resilience, vendor accountability, and a determined step-by-step approach to accuracy and closure. Let’s build the growth engine that will drive Minimus’ next chapter.” – Yael Nardi, Chief Business Officer, Minimus
Nardi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Tel Aviv University and will be based in Minimus’ New York City office. You will work with the senior leadership team to achieve the company’s growth goals.
