Aurora Gaming, Parivision and NAVI qualify for the PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 playoffs

Aurora Games, Parivision again NAVI they have booked their places at PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 playoffs following an exciting final day of the Group Stage.

The three groups successfully navigated their way past Astralis, FUT Sportsagain G2 Sports to fight for the cup in BT Arena.

Aurora Gaming Completes a Comeback

After arriving at IEM Krakow 2026 playoffs, Aurora Gaming is headed to their deciding game against them Astralis I want to win another chance to compete for the lion’s share of the $625,000 (~£461,634) prize money. At the other end of the stage, Astralis were hoping for a chance to compete on the pitch after missing out on the ax in Krakow.

Aurora Gaming started the best of the three on the front foot, showing superior defense against Astralis’ Overpass selection to end the opening half with a 9-3 lead. Astralis started the second half with a shot win, followed by two more defenses, but the Turkish team broke away to win the map 13-7.

Astralis answered back in the first half of Dust II, taking a huge 10-2 lead in the second half. Four removals from Özgür ‘woxic⁠’ Eker started Aurora Gaming’s comeback, while Caner ‘soulfly’ Kesici’s strong hold on site B kept the team in contention to overturn the deficit.

Aurora Gaming continued to hold off any kind of Astralis attack, overturning an eight-round deficit to complete the comeback with a 13-11 streak and a 2-0 lead.

Parivision Survives FUT Counter Sports

Throughout PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026, FUT Sports has caught the attention of Counter-Strike fans as the international roster looks to solidify its place among the biggest names in the shooter title. Standing in the way of its first playoff appearance was BLAST Bounty Season 1 champion Parivisiona team looking to continue their strong start into 2026.

After 24 rounds in Dust II, nothing could separate the two sides thanks to a late defense from Dzhami’.James‘Ali and Andrey’BELCHONOKKYasinsky. The Parision defense continued to settle in overtime, and the Russian team struck first with a hard-fought 19-17 victory to close at BT Arena.

Mirage started FUT Esports’ comeback after losing to Dust II with ten rounds of clinical defense to end the first half with a 10-2 advantage. Ivan’zweih‘ Gogin found form with gun in hand, hitting 20 eliminations to lead Pavision and get back up in the second half. Two rounds of late attacks sealed a 13-10 win for FUT Esports, leveling the series and forcing an ancient decider.

FUT Esports started Ancient with the upper hand, leading two rounds in the second half. Despite the team’s best efforts, Parivision showed its class with an outstanding performance from BELCHONOKK, leading the team to a hard-fought 13-10 victory and a 2-1 series win.

NAVI Rounds the Playground

Following defeat at MOUZ again MongolZNAVI is looking to keep its playoff hopes alive, while G2 Esports enters the fifth and final round with the goal of overturning the first two losses.

G2 Esports opened Dust II with early momentum, taking a 7-5 lead in the first half, leaving NAVI with work to do in the second half. The second half saw the collapse of G2 Esports’ defense thanks to Mihai’M‘Ivan and Valerii’b1t‘ Vakhovskyi topped the scoreboard with 104 and 85 ADR, respectively. NAVI hit eight rounds of attacks without an answer from G2 Esports, taking Dust II 13-7 for an early series lead.

Ancient started with G2 Esports’ defense holding off any sort of NAVI offense, racing to a 9-3 lead at halftime. NAVI’s resilience in the second half is testament to the difference, closing the gap to six rounds to level the game as G2 tries to find an answer. I BLAST Open London winner couldn’t solve NAVI’s defensive puzzle, as the team earned a 13-9 victory to earn the final playoff spot.

After the completion of the Group Stage, the eight-team qualifying stage will be played. Below is a list of the winning teams:

The PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 playoffs will take place from February 20 to 22, as the remaining teams fight for victory along with the important VRS points.
