With the release of the new Shrouded Sky episode in ARC Raiders comes a bunch of great new quests to dig into. However, if you’re thinking of completing these as quickly as possible, I might advise against selecting the Storm map event while searching for quest locations. I tell you from experience!

Keeping An Eye Out is a quest given to you by Celeste, which takes place on the Blue Gate Map. You have been tasked with hunting down the last place of a strange man called Bilguun. However, this hiding place is not easy to find.

Landing in this area won’t kill you, but it will put you in a bad spot if someone else trying to apply decides you’re new meat. Fortunately, this place exists the edges of the map, where there isn’t much competition or ARC enemies, so if you don’t have a Zipline, just grab free download and subtract to the nearest point.

Quest Walkthrough

First, prepare your gear, and enter the game at Blue Gate Map. The application tells you to go to the Collapsed Highway, located at far to the southwest of the map.

However, the location you are looking for is actually not that close to the subject on the map. It’s actually a decent little northwest. The first objective will come out when you’re close, so watch out for that.

He went straight to the place around me in the picture above, and look where the highway crosses. You’ll know you’re in the right place when you see a long zip line leading up to the top of the highway.

The little hiding spot you’re looking for is actually located inside/under the freeway, just below the lip where it cuts off. Here are a few ways you can get there:

Use the provided zipline and start sliding upwards. Just before you get to the top, jump, and if you time it right, you’ll land below the ledge in the entrance.
If you don’t like your chances of zipping, go up as normal instead. Get to the edge of the main road, then go down. Press the jump button to grab onto the ledge and pull yourself up.
If you have your own zipline, you can target a hiding spot and create your own route, giving you an easy, safe way to ascend and descend.

Once inside, just take a picture of the art on the back wall, loot the place, and then you’re free to leave. You can drop off the ledge and take a decent chunk of damage, or head straight down with your zipline. Fortunately, there is an outlet very close to the northeast.

For completing this quest, you will gain access to the next quest in the series, The Rising Tide.

In addition, Celeste will provide you 5 Pulse Mines and Frame Flame. These can be very useful if you are to rob a locked room and you don’t want to be courted. However, if you don’t do a lot of PvP, just sell them for quick cash.
