These are recurring items in Vampire: The Masquerade’s media, which serve as a form of mana healing/medicine. In Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, they unlock Resonance points which are used to get new family abilities.
Enemies the player encounters on the rooftops of Seattle now carry loot, including Elixirs and Blood Bags. These can be stolen by stealth players or taken from enemy corpses. This gives players more of a reason to fight enemies in the world, especially if they are low on health.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 also adds character creation options, including facial hair, eye patches, and hats. This includes new hairstyles and makeup options for all versions of the Phyre.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 will still receive two DLC spin-offs later in the year, so people who enjoyed the game will have more content to experience before the coffin door finally closes. In the meantime, this QoL and content updates will improve the experience of people who joined later.
