The Shrouded Sky update to ARC Raiders brought a few new enemies, a fun new map environment, and, of course, my favorite, some new quests to complete!
Worth Your Salt, however, has been collected bad reputation when introduced due to the buggy nature of its last step. Was this really a bug, or a little oversight from Embark? Either way, players quickly throw down their batteries out of frustration, realize they can’t progress, and waste time doing unfinished quests.

What is required
This request is activated as soon as you update your game to the new Shrouded Sky patch. You will be given a mission by Celeste, asking you to buy a new salt battery from the Spaceport map.
Due to the nature of this quest, you’ll probably be in a hurry when you start to splash around on the map. Because of this, it is important that you deliver Adrenaline Shots with you so that you can run as long as possible.
In addition, due to the ARC around the Rocket Assembly and those who can get inside, it is worth bringing at least 1 powerful weapon. like Anvil.
Quest Walkthrough
Finishing Steps
First, choose The Spaceport and start going towards Rocket Assembly Area northeast of the map. All research takes place on site the northwest room of the Rocket Assembly, away from the main Thrusters.
When you get to the northwest room, you’ll want to go up to the metal walkway, where there are a few red lockers. Just to the left of the lockers, there is a small container on the bottom where you can find an uncharged battery.
Take the battery and go to where the walkway falls, just past the lockers. Jump down, and in the middle, you’ll see a machine with a blue-glowing slot where you can put the battery.
Connect, and contact the machine side charging the battery. Once it’s charged, you can take it out and head to in the far north corner of the roomwhere there is a small box to bring to put the battery. Once you’re done with that, the quest is over! Sounds easy, right? But this last step is where the quest falls apart.

Quest Problems
The problem is Only the first person to put the battery in the box can complete this quest. Once that delivery box is full, it locks anyone else on the map from completing it. This is especially annoying if there is a constant more than 20 people on the same map at the same time.
You just have to hope that you spawn near Rocket Assembly, or simply wait until the quest has been entered, or enough people have completed it that there isn’t much competition. Chances are, if you choose a Spaceport with competitive map mode like the new Storm, fewer people will be completing the quests due to the abundance of high-level loot.
Unfortunately, at this point, there’s not much you can do but pray and cross your fingers.
Quest Rewards
This is a standalone quest with no prequels or sequels.
After completing this, you will get a The Blueprint of Vita Spray, a powerful healing substance that requires the following ingredients to create:
- 3x Viruses
- 1x bottle
- 1x Marking pad
To do this, you will need the last level of Medical Lab in your Workshop.
