PS5, PS4 PSN Releases for the Week of February 23 to March 1

Alex Co has been writing about games for 15 years and running, and is a huge fan of online shooters and anything horror related.

How time flies! It’s now the last week of February, and with it, a new batch of PS5 and PS4 games will be released on the PlayStation Network Store.

Although there are only 12 games to be released this week, it includes one of the most anticipated titles of the year in Resident Evil Requiem.

PS4 players, this week is especially fruitful as there are three PS5 games that also have PS4 versions.

Towerborne (PS5 – February 26) – The latest published Xbox game to hit PS5, Towerborne is a side-scrolling action-RPG developed by Stoic that was released on PC in 2024, and Xbox Series X|S in April of last year.

Resident Evil 2 (February 27 – PS5) – The release of the first major game in 2026 sees the return of Leon Kennedy and new franchise protagonist Grace Ashcroft.

With the release of Resident Evil Requiem, this marks the franchise’s biggest release of the year so far, and presumably, people are waiting for this with curious eyes, given how Capcom combines first-person and third-person gameplay into one.

Expect game releases to begin as we move into March and beyond.
