PUBG Mobile becomes the latest Esports Nations Cup title

I Esports World Cup Foundation he revealed PUBG Mobile as the latest title to join the original series of Esports Nations Cup.
The multi-national event taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, sees 32 national teams competing for a chance to be crowned.

Revealed on February 25, the mobile battle royale title becomes the 14th game named as part of the tournament that runs from November 2nd to 29th. The PUBG Mobile tournament takes place during the opening week from the 3rd of November to the 8th.
PUBG Mobile Esports Nations Cup format
In the opening stage of this competition, 32 teams will compete in the group stage as there are eight teams fighting for the opportunity to advance to the next stage. The top four teams from each group advance to the 16-team Grand Final, which includes Smash Point rule of thumb.
Similar to other battle royale titles, the Smash Point format requires teams to reach a certain point threshold before they are eligible to lift the trophy. The first team to meet the limit and score a victory is declared the champion.
PUBG Mobile is not the only tournament in the Esports Nations Cup that uses the Smash Point format. PUBG: Battlegroundswhich takes place in the second week of the event, requires teams to score a total of points before beating the Winner, Chicken Dinner to lift the trophy.
How Can Groups Qualify?
In addition to sharing details on the format, the Esports World Cup Foundation has announced how teams can book their place in the main event. 16 teams receive direct invitations to compete, 12 receive invitations based on the National Team Ranking. The tournament organizer will distribute the remaining four invitations.
The National Team Ranking awards identify the teams competing in the highest level PUBG Mobile tournaments. Points are distributed equally between players, with the National Ranking accumulating points for the top four players posted on the national list.
Regionals and wildcard slots determine the remaining 16 teams. The regional qualifiers run from 10 to 12 July, with a double-elimination bracket deciding which countries advance to the main event.
Two qualifying slots are available for North and Central America, Western Europe, MENA, EECA, Central and South Africa, Southeast Asia, and Oceania. In South America and East and South Asia, one place will be taken.
