Keeping track of the days of the week is exhausting enough. Managing a calendar full of various “tech weeks” in Seattle and elsewhere feels like a full-time job.

There are now weeks dedicated to AI, energy, deep tech, general tech, women in tech, ocean tech, space tech and more.

Thankfully, Sarah Studer is getting a lot of attention. A self-described community builder and connector, Studer is the interim assistant director of the Women’s Business Leadership Program at the University of Washington’s Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship. He was previously the executive director of Impact Hub Seattle, and he loves the list.

Studer recently shared the upcoming lineup of tech weeks in the Pacific Northwest, starting this month and continuing into the fall. We’ve also listed them here with descriptions of what to expect.

Women in Tech RegattaApril 26 – 30

  • No, it’s not really a boat race. But wordplay throughout this inclusive event includes nods to sailing, ports, riding a wave and finding your own north star. It all seems to work for anyone navigating the sometimes stormy seas of technology.

Startup Week VancouverApril 27 – May 1

  • Head north! Oh, Canada is a place to build. The description of this week north of the border is that it’s not a “sitting conference” but a “community-driven experience designed to help you meet the right people, learn from real issues, and keep moving forward.”

Week One of PortlandMay 11 – 16

  • Head south! Portland is the place to be when it comes to this week’s organizers, with events designed to highlight the Rose City’s first ecosystem.

Energy WeekMay 11 – 15

  • Clean energy. Clean the buildings. Good clean fun? Energy transformation is the name of the game during the week highlighting advances in energy efficiency, carbon emissions, and renewable energy solutions in the built environment.

Deep Tech Seattle WeekJune 8 – 12

  • A typical tech week is apparently not very deep. Deep Tech Week promises a “decentralized conference series” where anyone can host their own event – because why have one tech week when you can’t split it into many?

PNW Climate WeekJuly 13 – 19

  • Every week should be a weather week, but we’ll take what we can get. This event dedicated to the PNW’s role in climate leadership and innovation takes place across six cities – Seattle, Vancouver, BC, Portland, Bellingham, Wash., Tacoma, and Bend, Ore.

Seattle Tech WeekJuly 27 – Aug. 1

  • All other tech weeks should just bow to the technology week that calls itself Tech Week.

Seattle Space Week | September 28 – October 4

  • We just had an exciting Space Week with the Artemis 2 mission to the moon and back. But with the number of space-focused tech companies in the Seattle region, let’s get another week in the books, right here on Earth.

One week of Ocean SeattleOctober 19 – 25

  • If things don’t go well during PNW Weather Week in July we could be looking at one beach in October. The event is a gathering of maritime leaders, innovators, researchers, startups and others to accelerate solutions for a sustainable, inclusive maritime future.

Seattle AI WeekOctober 26 – 30

  • Isn’t every week AI Week these days?

And if all those weeks seem like they’re going to add up to an exhausting year of showing, connecting, communicating and learning, you might want to start with a different kind of week.

Seattle Cocktail Week, April 19 – 26, is billed as the largest cocktail celebration in the Pacific Northwest, with parties, tastings, themed bars, product demos and more. Get your drink on before you head into a summer full of tech weeks.
