How to Complete a Job Called “Azurro Burgerro” Jobs Side in Mouse: PI for Hire

Side missions in Dear Mouse: PI for Hire aren’t the most complicated things in the world, but they’re still very high stakes, as if you skip it, you’ll lose it forever. Let’s make sure you don’t.

Next up in Mouse: The PI (if you’ve been following along this far) says they call it “Azurro Burgerro,” and it takes place in the first third or so of the game. Here’s how it works.

How to Start a Side Job

You will be able to get the side quest They Call You “Azurro Burgerro” as soon as the main quest A Bit of Curd and Pepper is running in your quest log. As always with side missions, you need to make sure you activate it before exiting the real mission, otherwise you will lose access to it forever.

Go talk to John Brown, the bartender inside the Little & Big Bar, just outside your PI Office. John will give you the job of helping him by making a new burger recipe that he wants to start selling at the bar. You just need to cook him a burger.

Now, it’s time to get to work. Hop in your trusty car, and head back to the Opera Ruins to look at the mess you’ve made of this place. Shame, shame.

Completing the Side Mission

There is actually no combat in this main mission, so don’t worry about preparing for any kind of shooting. Instead, just go to the back of the opera hall. The critical path of the request will lead you to a locked door that you need to pick to continue, but we’re not through there yet.

Instead, quickly look to your left, and you’ll see hooks hanging from the ceiling that you can tackle using your new tail power.

Keep going from platform to platform, and eventually you’ll be able to double jump and/or slide into a large hole in the wall. This is the way.

Once you’re inside this hole, go down the stairs, and you’ll get the prompt “Fry the Crap Out of John’s Patty.” Approach the fire under the stairs, and hold the button to cook that burger.

And that’s all there is to it! Complete the main quest, then head back.

Rewards

Now that you’re home, go back to visit John. Talk to him to give him a burger, and you’ll get your reward.

John gives you two Spike-D Prize Tokens, which along with 18 others (20 in total) will open a prize cabinet in the corner of the bar. This eventually earns you the X-1 Demousifer Raygun, which is a nice and powerful weapon in Mouse: PI
