Larian Studios released the last major piece of content for Baldur’s Gate 3 back in April 2025, but it’s not stopping the pipeline of community-made mods. BG3 has an incredible amount of free mods available for download, and Larian recently commissioned 20 mods for the console versions of the game that were only available on PC. These include the half-elf, half-orc subrace, multiple subspecies, and new game modes.

Most of the mods in this newly confirmed collection have been available to PC players for some time, but Larian confirmed that console players are not missing out on the fun. Tap into Your Inner Orc
As you can see, modders continue to light the fire, improving BG3 itself with impressive new content. Some of the most notable additions to this group are two new monk subclasses (Path of Thief and Path of Crimson Fist), a fire-based Paladin subclass, and a half-elf, half-orc subrace.
The half-elf, half-orc mod includes a good amount of character customization options, including: eight custom heads, custom-built bodies, and textures included on both body types. In addition to the Half-Elf powers, players will gain the following from their Orc side:
-
Intimidation: Master the intimidation skill.
-
Endless Endurance: When you reach 0 Hit Points, regain 1 hit point instead of being demoted. Recharge: Long rest.
-
Cruel Attack: Landing a critical hit with a melee weapon causes an additional dice of damage to your total damage.
